Honestly, learn to cook! I moved here 5 years ago and now I make better sambar than my mom (don't tell her 😂). Millets and More on Wolfe Rd has all the South Indian groceries you need. Invest in a good pressure cooker, a large kadai, and a mixie grinder. YouTube channels like 'Hebbars Kitchen' and 'Venkatesh Bhat' have amazing authentic recipes.
